Tuition & Fees
Tuition for the academic year of 2016-2017, is $9,163.00 per semester for Minnesota residents and $15,332.00 for non-residents. There is reciprocity for North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin residents. There are three semesters each year for which the tuition rate is charged: summer, fall, and spring. Tuition is not inclusive of medical insurance and other university and student fees. See additional student fee information.
Non-Resident Tuition Grant: Students who are non-residents of the State of Minnesota, and do not receive reciprocity benefits, can apply for a grant awarded by the Physical Therapy program that, for qualified individuals, would reduce their cost to that paid by Minnesota residents. Interested individuals should contact the program office directly for more information.
Scholarship opportunities for all students interested in a career in physical therapy can be found at the following: AMBUCS-Scholarships for Therapists, American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) scholarship page, including Minority Scholarship Awards, and Allied Health Scholarship.
In addition, several program scholarships are available for second- and third-year students.
